Is there any Open source tool for time domain / frequency domain analysis and other built in functionalities as in matlab for Windows systems??

Anyone here please help!

Yes! There are many Matlab Equivalent tool for Linux.

You can try Octave, Scilab.

Both are Opensource and works very well.

Try out QTOctave for a GUI experience.

But Octave might stumble on image processing applications.
